Technical delivery. Banking experience.

I'm a technical project manager with 9+ years' experience bridging corporate banking expertise and technology delivery. At KPMG Nigeria, where I've progressed from Experienced Analyst to Assistant Manager, I've led functional, integration, and QA workstreams within multi-million-dollar core banking, treasury, and digital transformation programmes across Nigeria and Central Africa, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors on programmes involving 100+ resources, from requirements through go-live.

This consulting experience sits on a foundation of corporate banking. My years at GTBank grounded me in client relationships, credit, trade finance, and payments, so I've sat on both sides of the table and speak the business and technology languages fluently.

More recently I've expanded into hands-on agentic product engineering: independently designing, building, and deploying full-stack web products, including Delphi, a live platform for exploring Nigeria's tech ecosystem. I define the requirements and architecture, direct AI agents to write the code, then review, test, and validate every release, combining banking knowledge, product strategy, and engineering execution to turn complex needs into working software.

  • Owned integration and refactoring of the bank's 200+ internal applications, middleware, and services, rebuilding 5 business-critical applications covering payments, workflows, and approvals, and reconnecting legacy database links to the new core.
  • Safeguarded continuity for customer accounts across a nationwide branch network and all customer channels (USSD, internet banking, mobile banking, payment gateways, third-party integrations) through core banking cutover.

  • Achieved 99% data accuracy migrating a multi-billion-dollar treasury portfolio (FX trades, money market securities, bonds and treasury bills, borrowings, placements, Eurobonds) by architecting ETL validation protocols and leading resolution of 100+ critical defects across 13,000+ trade records.
  • Drove UAT to a 97% pass rate across 1,500+ test cases, facilitating defect-management sessions, coordinating testing across Treasury, Risk, IT, and Finance, and administering the Azure test tool.
  • Stepped up as Calypso SME during vendor-availability gaps, guiding end users and unblocking UAT execution to keep testing on schedule.
